Psychotherapy is a type of treatment that does not involve medicine. While we support our client’s use of medication to treat anxiety, depression and other mental health issues, we do not prescribe medications. To discuss medication, we recommend you contact a psychiatrist or other medical doctor.
Our practice specializes in working with adults of all ages and older adolescents. We do not typically work with children or families. We do work with mothers and fathers who seek to become more effective parents given the unique demands of their child and family situation.

Our fees for service vary by clinician and can depend on whether your therapist is an in-network or out-of-network provider for your insurance company. Most insurance plans provide mental health benefits. We are providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Allegiance, New West, MUST, and Tricare. We also provide out of network services for most other insurance companies. We are Medicaid providers, have one Medicare provider, and have a limited number of slots available for Medicaid and Medicare patients.
